Kelsey Flinkstrom

Kelsey Flinkstrom, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at PROCON, Inc. since May 2021, following a role as a Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Representative at Concord Group Insurance from March 2018 to May 2021, and a Team Lead at B.GOOD between October 2016 and June 2018. Kelsey began in the field as a Human Resource Intern and later Team Lead at Boloco from May 2009 to December 2016, and also worked as a Cashier at Potbelly Sandwich Works for a brief period in early 2013. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University (2016-2017) and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from NHTI, Concord's Community College (2011-2015).
