Matthew Robinson is an accomplished Associate Research Scientist at Marrone Bio Innovations, with over a decade of experience in designing and analyzing plant-based bio-assays for herbicidal activity and phytotoxicity. Since joining Marrone Bio Innovations in October 2011, Matthew has effectively managed multiple projects, collaborating across departments to enhance product efficacy and ensure compliance for EPA submissions. Prior roles include Assistant Research Scientist, where Matthew conducted formulation and fermentation studies for bio-herbicides, and Research Technician, performing critical quality control tests. Earlier experience includes a position as Laboratory and Field Assistant at UC Davis, focusing on plant sample monitoring and growth analysis. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Biology from the University of California, Davis.
