Christi Walsh, MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Christi currently holds the position of Director of Talent Optimization at PFSbrands since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Frontier Electric as an Administrative Officer, where they co-owned and operated a successful licensed electrical services contracting company. Christi also worked at MU Health Care as Director of Workforce Planning and as a Senior HR Business Partner. Christi established the HR and recruiting functions at RKV Technologies as Director of Human Resources and Recruiting. At ConAgra Foods, Christi held the positions of Manager of Organization Development and Operations Training Manager in the Frozen Foods Division. Christi also worked at Kraft Foods as a Training Manager and Assistant Human Resources Manager. Christi'searly career included roles at GE Capital as a Training Manager and at BDM Technologies Inc. as a Lead Trainer. Christi began their professional journey as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Management at the University of Missouri.
Christi Walsh obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Accounting & Management from the University of Central Missouri in the years 1988 to 1992. Later, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
In terms of certifications, in 2012, they completed the SPHR Certification Course and became a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute. Christi also holds a SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification, which they obtained in January 2016.
