Prior to this, Emily held the position of Executive Director at the Missouri Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners from February 2010 to September 2017 and served as Executive Assistant at the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners from May 2008 to February 2010. Emily also gained experience as Division Directors Executive Assistant at the Missouri Department of Commerce & Insurance from May 2007 to May 2008. Emily holds a degree from Lincoln University in Missouri.
