Michael Finn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer at Pro-Vision Video Systems since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Redflex from 2015 to 2019, where they held the positions of Senior Vice President of Global Sales and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Americas. At Redflex, they achieved significant sales growth and improved customer retention through the introduction of new products and partnerships.
Before Redflex, Finn worked at HERE Technologies from 2012 to 2015. Michael held the roles of Head of Go To Market - Americas Connected Driving and General Manager - Americas Traffic Services. During their tenure, they improved operating efficiency, expanded revenue streams, and exceeded revenue forecasts.
Finn also has experience at NAVTEQ, where they worked from 1996 to 2011. Michael'sroles included Vice President of North America Traffic Services, Vice President of Location Content and Services, Vice President of Product Management, General Manager of Global Markets Business Unit, Director of North American Field Operations, and Director of North America Business Strategy. At NAVTEQ, they successfully expanded the automotive and wireless user base, delivered traffic content to top navigation systems, and generated significant revenue.
Earlier in their career, Finn worked at Old Kent Financial Corporation as a Project Leader in the Corporate Re-Engineering Group and Financial Controller in the Consumer Business Unit. During their time at Old Kent, they led internal teams to reorganize consumer banking units, introduced revenue enhancement initiatives, and implemented financial reporting systems.
Finn began their career at Chemical Banking Corporation as a Commercial Loan Officer and Credit Analyst.
Throughout their career, Finn has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and strategic planning skills, resulting in business growth and improved performance.
Michael Finn earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from Cornell University's College of Arts and Sciences in 1987. Michael majored in Economics during their time at Cornell. From 1990 to 1992, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Michael'sfocus of study during their MBA program was in Finance and General Management.
