Madeleine Samuelson

Madeleine Samuelson currently serves as Vice President People & Sustainability at Proact IT Group AB, overseeing the People & Culture and Sustainability agenda while being a member of the Group Management Team since February 2022. Prior to this role, Madeleine worked as HR Director for both Orkla Care AB and Orkla Business Unit Wound Care at Orkla Sverige, managing HR functions across multiple units from September 2019 to February 2022. Experience also includes positions as HR Director Nordics at Diebold Nixdorf and HR Manager at Coop Sverige. Madeleine's extensive background with Ericsson spans from 1998 to 2017, where roles included Senior HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, and Compensation & Rewards Specialist, among others. Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Behavioral Research with a focus on cross-cultural relations from Stockholm University.
