Houria NAIDJ has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Responsable RH at Proactis since January 2004. Previously, Houria held the position of Responsable RH at AVISIUM from January 2001 to December 2003 and worked as Responsable RH Adjoint and Responsable Administrative at Deloitte from July 1997 to January 2001. Houria's early career included a role as Assistante de direction at OC&C Strategy Consultants from October 1991 to July 1997. Houria holds a Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, and Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, completed in 2017, as well as a DEUG in English from Université Paris Cité.
