Stephen has a wealth of experience from over 20 years in B2B software, helping deliver scalable international growth programs and overseeing the delivery of many transformational business projects. Prior to Proactis, he held positions at Harness, an innovative software delivery platform, where he was EMEA VP & GM, and at data and analytics company, Cloudera, where he helped scale the business to have sales teams in 18 countries, customers in 65 countries and ARR from <$1m to $250m.
