Peter Duggan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as President and CEO of Proactive since 2007, Peter Duggan focuses on strategic management, business development, personnel development, and client relationships, with an aim to position the company as a leader in technologically-advanced collaborative services. Prior to this role, Peter Duggan co-founded and served as Principal of The Duggan Rhodes Group from 1999 to 2009, managing firm operations and leading business development efforts. Peter Duggan's earlier experience includes working as Principal at Peterson Consulting from 1991 to 1999, providing litigation support and expert testimony on construction claims. Peter Duggan holds an MBA in Accounting and Business Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
