Prior to this, they worked as the Director for Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing at Pizza Hut for three years. Under their direction, the Pizza Hut national employment marketing strategy saw great success, with 6,300 restaurants in the U.S. seeing increased followers, reach, and engagement. Danae also oversaw the redesign of the Pizza Hut jobs website, which launched in December 2018. In addition to these successes, Danae was also responsible for managing the relationships with Pizza Hut's ATS vendor and employment marketing agency.
At Pizza Hut CORE, Danae led all talent acquisition needs and set recruitment process expectations for the team. Danae was also a key player in partnering with Yum! to support, facilitate, and deliver on key diversity initiatives.
