Andreas Franz has extensive experience in software development and deployment, having worked at proALPHA since February 2001, where roles have included Release Manager, Product Owner Deployment, Manager R&D Deployment, and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to this, from April 2016 to November 2020, Andreas served as Head of Deployment and Translation at proALPHA Business Solutions GmbH, demonstrating a strong leadership background in deployment and translation processes. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Software Engineer at InfoDat GmbH from July 1995 to January 2001. Andreas holds a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) degree in Ingenieurinformatik Maschinenbau from Hochschule Kaiserslautern, completed from 1990 to 1995.
