Nina Kirr has extensive work experience in human resources, holding various managerial positions in different companies. Nina is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at proALPHA since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Coherent Inc. as the HR Director from August 2021 to March 2023 and as the Senior Human Resources Manager from December 2016 to July 2021. Before joining Coherent Inc., Nina was the Human Resources Manager for Coherent Kaiserslautern GmbH und Coherent Shared Services B.V. from January 2014 to September 2016. In addition, they have worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at CNC - Communications & Network Consulting from January 2013 to November 2013 and from January 2009 to December 2012, respectively. Nina began their career at SAP AG as a Human Resources Associate from October 2007 to December 2008.
Nina Kirr completed their education at FH Ludwigshafen from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued Internationales Personalmanagement & Organisation. Nina obtained their degree in 2007.
