Jan Molitor's work experience includes positions at various companies in the marketing and communications field. Jan began their career at DaimlerChrysler AG as a Sports Communications specialist in 2002. Jan then moved on to Robert Bosch GmbH, where they worked in purchasing for a brief period in 2004. In 2005, they worked in commercial management at Robert Bosch L.A.A.T. s.a.r.l. Molitor then joined the Institute of Marketing at the University of Stuttgart as a Research Assistant from 2006 to 2007. Jan then joined Wiesmann GmbH as a Marketing Manager in 2007 and was later promoted to Director of Marketing in 2008. Jan worked at Wiesmann until 2014, during which they were responsible for the global development and positioning of the brand, as well as managing marketing activities and campaigns. In 2014, they joined PROBAT as the Director of Marketing and Communications. In 2017, they were promoted to Executive Vice President of Marketing, responsible for the global development and positioning of the Probat brand, overseeing marketing activities, and managing agencies. Molitor has had budget and personnel responsibilities throughout their career and has also been a member of the senior management team at Wiesmann GmbH.
Jan Molitor attended the University of Muenster from 1998 to 2005, where they pursued a German diploma in Studies of economics with a main focus on marketing and corporate cooperations.
