After gaining experience in the healthcare sector, Kathrin transitioned into HR and recruitment roles at Adecco Medical, Modis Life Sciences, and HOX Life Science GmbH. Currently, Kathrin serves as a Sachbearbeiterin Personal at PROBAT, bringing their diverse background in healthcare and human resources to their current role. Kathrin received their training in medical personnel services at Theodor Heuss Schule Offenbach and holds a degree as a Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin from St. Willibrord Spital.
