Tim is currently the Head of Digital Sales & Account Management at Probe CX, and a Member of the Service Cloud strategic partner board ANZ at Salesforce. Previously, Tim served as an Executive Manager - Business Transformation at nbn™ Australia, and held various roles at Lloyds and London Insurance Market. Tim also has a strong educational background, holding an MBA from UCLA Anderson and Melbourne Business School, as well as a Bachelors in Information Systems from the University of Melbourne.
