Ryan Krinjeck

Ryan Krinjeck is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Problem Solutions since February 2024, where a focus on AI and emerging technologies drives innovation and business growth. With a long-standing history as the Owner and Software Engineer at Synergy 2, LLC since January 2003, Ryan specializes in web design, software engineering, and database architecture. Prior roles include Vice President and Senior Director of Software Development at AccuWeather, where Ryan oversaw high-volume software stacks and championed modern architectural migrations. Additional experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and serving in various technical roles at organizations such as 7 Delta, Inc. and Concurrent Technologies Corporation. Ryan holds a Master's degree in IT Project Management from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
