Ari-Pekka Räisänen is a seasoned professional in sales, service operations, and aftermarket business development, currently serving as the Director of Sales & Service Operations, Projects and R&D at Procemex since May 2011. Under Ari-Pekka's leadership, a service business was developed from the ground up into a sustainable and profitable entity generating €10 million in revenue, supported by a team of over 40 employees across multiple sites. Prior to Procemex, a substantial career at Sappi included roles such as Director of Sales & Service Operations and Project Manager, focusing on automation and customer service operations. Additionally, significant expertise was gained in maintenance management and automation engineering at Kangas Paper Mill and Kirkniemi Mill. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies towards a Master's Degree in Technology Management at JAMK University of Applied Sciences, complemented by degrees in Automation Technology from both JAMK University and Jyväskylä Institute of Technology.
