Shailesh Newase

Shailesh Newase is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at PROCEPT BioRobotics, where expertise includes new product introduction (NPI) and setup of manufacturing and repairs lines for product launches. In this role, Shailesh serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for capital production and rework lines for three products. Previously, Shailesh was a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, focusing on validation and qualification of medical device processes and creating manufacturing instructions. Earlier experience includes an Electrical Engineering Internship at Sprintek Corporation, where focus was on hardware design, parts selection, and high-speed routing for compliance with safety requirements. Shailesh holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
