Process Genius
Juho Valtonen currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Process Genius since August 2023. Prior to this role, Valtonen worked at Sympa Oy from 2011 to March 2023, where responsibilities included directing a multi-country team, managing connectivity-related business and technical partnerships, and building a customer integration ecosystem. Valtonen held various positions at Sympa, culminating in the Director of Connectivity, with earlier roles such as Product Manager and Service Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Polar Electro Oy, Control Express Finland Oy, Lappeenranta University of Technology, and SunCom Systems Oy, along with a board membership at Process Genius Oy from 2013 to May 2018. Valtonen holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from LUT University.
