Catherine Jeha-Chikhani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development, coaching, and educational management. As Co-founder and Head of Training & Development at ProClipse Consulting since January 2021, Catherine has been instrumental in designing and conducting training courses for management across multinational and local corporations in the Middle East. In parallel, Catherine Chikhani Coaching has provided cancer, life, and executive coaching services since January 2000. Prior experience includes serving as UAE Director at Berlitz UAE from January 1999 to June 2002, managing daily operations and overseeing staff in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Catherine holds an MBA from the American University in Dubai and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the American University of Beirut.
