Michael LaRocca is an experienced professional in the commodities and finance sectors, currently serving as Associate Partner for Commodities at Proco Group since February 2021. In this role, Michael collaborates with clients across various industries to identify executive talent. Previous positions include Principal Consultant at Principal Search Consulting Limited and Lead Consultant at Spencer Ogden, focusing on energy and infrastructure finance. Additionally, Michael has held trading assistant roles at MUFG Securities and Morgan Stanley, and began a career as an analyst at BNY Mellon. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Delaware.
