Deepakshi Gulati

Deepakshi Gulati is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Procol since January 2022, where the focus is on talent strategy, staffing intelligence, and building connections within the procurement technology sector. Prior to this, Deepakshi was the HR Manager at Spars Recruitment Services from October 2020 to December 2021, overseeing technology hiring, client coordination, and recruitment processes, while driving improvements in recruitment strategies and metrics. Deepakshi co-founded Growth Vision Consulting from April 2015 to July 2018, providing online counseling support for mental health issues. Deepakshi holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Delhi University and a Bachelor's degree from Gargi College.
