Allison McCrea

Allison McCrea, JD, MBA, serves as the Managing Director and Chair of the Board at HCMWorks since February 2022, where strategic direction is provided to the management team alongside oversight of business operations and employee engagement. In addition, Allison holds board member positions at Flextrack Inc. and Procom, a leading staffing and contract workforce services provider in North America. Previous experience includes roles as Manager and Legal Counsel in private practice and as a Management Consultant at Accenture, focusing on IT and HR infrastructure for the financial services and M&A sectors. Allison's educational background comprises a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and a JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
