Francesca Cirafesi

Francesca Cirafesi is an experienced project manager and coordinator with a strong background in environmental education and administration. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Proconex since October 2019, Francesca previously held the role of Project Coordinator at the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Project Assistant at University City Housing and serving as an Environmental Conservation Teaching Assistant at Cornell University, where a fourteen-week curriculum on environmental conservation was designed. Francesca also contributed as a Student Administrative Assistant for the Department of Natural Resources at Cornell, providing research assistance and managing a departmental blog. Beginning a career in management as a Staff Supervisor at the Borough of Topton’s Memorial Pool, Francesca oversaw a team of lifeguards and concession stand workers. Francesca earned a degree in Environmental Science and Sustainability with a focus on Natural Resource Management from Cornell University.
