James McLuckie is an experienced learning and development professional currently serving as the VP of Learning at Skill Dynamics since May 2025. Previously, James has held significant roles such as Judge Chair for both the Learning Awards and the Learning Technologies Awards, showcasing expertise in the UK's learning landscape. James served as Chief Learning Officer at MAPAL Group, overseeing the Learning Solutions department, and has worked as Learning and Performance Solutions Director at Emerald Works, among other positions. Educational qualifications include an MSc in E-Learning from The University of Edinburgh and a BA (Hons) in Publishing from Edinburgh Napier University.
