Craig Palm 

Craig Palm is an experienced legal and business consultant currently serving as an Interim Executive and Independent Fiduciary at Peace of Mind, PLLC since March 2018. Palm has a strong background in corporate governance, having held significant roles such as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Associated Grocers, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing a $100 million wind-up process and managing shareholder distributions exceeding $55 million. Additionally, contributions to the ROTARY CLUB OF MERCER ISLAND included modernization of policies and a transition to virtual meetings during the Covid pandemic. With a legal education from Cornell Law School and extensive teaching experience at Villanova University, where courses included corporate finance and mergers, Palm combines legal expertise with strategic business acumen.
