Charles Williams started their work experience in 2011 as an Associate Director at Tristan Capital Partners. Charles joined the company during its early stages and witnessed its growth over the course of five and a half years. In 2016, Charles co-founded PRODA LTD, where they served as the Chief Product Officer. At PRODA, they aimed to find technology solutions to the problems faced by the real estate industry.

Charles Williams pursued their education, starting from 2002 at Winchester College. The same year, they received a Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) from the CQF Institute. In 2014 and 2016, Charles participated in the Financial Modeling World Championships (MODELOFF) and achieved 6th and 5th place respectively among the numerous participants. Furthermore, Charles obtained certification in Machine Learning by Stanford University (99.2%) through Coursera Course Certificates in 2017. Lastly, in 2010, they completed a course on Learning LinkedIn Recruiter offered by LinkedIn.
