Jaimy Vos

Jaimy Vos is an experienced R&D Engineer at Prodrive Technologies since 2016, focusing on the development of a high-speed motor/generator and inverter prototype for the Range+ project. This prototype was showcased at the 2017 IAA in Frankfurt. Prior to this role, Jaimy Vos completed a master's thesis at KU Leuven on designing a flipping device for double-sided machining and another on flow visualization techniques for a wind tunnel aimed at improving racing bike design. Earlier experiences include a student project on UAV landing gear design at KHBO and a master's thesis at Nyrstar, where Jaimy Vos redesigned the drivetrain for an ore-unloading machine. Jaimy Vos holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aerospace Engineering from KU Leuven and a Master of Science in Electromechanical Engineering Technology from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen.
