Rona van Rensburg

Rona van Rensburg is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in auditing and financial management. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Producers Midstream since July 2022, Rona previously held the role of Senior Manager of Accounting. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Grant Thornton LLP (US) from January 2015 to July 2022 included positions as Audit Manager and Senior Audit Associate, focusing on planning, control testing, substantive review, and wrapping up assignments. Rona commenced the accounting career as an Audit Trainee at Grant Thornton South Africa from January 2012 to December 2014. Rona holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from North-West University, obtained between 2007 and 2011, and completed education at Monument High School from 2002 to 2006.
