Martin Neznal

Martin Neznal is a Senior Data Scientist at Productboard, utilizing natural language processing and large language models to analyze customer feedback, with a focus on topic modeling, sentiment analysis, and summarization. Before joining Productboard in February 2022, Martin served as a Senior Data Scientist at Avast from November 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included leading end-to-end machine learning projects for customer retention, optimizing revenue and reducing refunds, and developing an automatic alerting system for time-series anomalies. Martin also contributed as a researcher on IoT security at Avast, analyzing network traffic to detect threats. Prior experience includes working as a Research ML Engineer at Cisco, developing classification methods for network attack detection. Martin holds a Master's degree in Applied and Mathematical-Stochastic Methods and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Engineering, both from Czech Technical University in Prague.
