Robert Phinney is Vice President of Outreach. Mr. Phinney joined PCM in 2017 bringing 30 years of sales leadership and sales operations experience in healthcare and telecommunications.
Prior to joining PCM, Mr. Phinney served as Executive Director of Sales Operations at Global Healthcare Exchange. Previously, he held leadership positions at Level3 and T-Mobile.
Mr. Phinney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado.
