Mitchell previously worked at IPG as a Document Processing Associate, where Mitchell played a key role in transitioning the payroll department to a paperless process. Additionally, Mitchell has experience as a Volunteer Organizational Conflict Assessment Consultant, where Mitchell designed and implemented conflict assessments for workplaces. Mitchell's educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Creighton University School of Law.
