Steven Vanover, MPA, has extensive experience in operations management and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Professional Security Consultants, Inc. since April 2005, Steven oversees administrative support for the executive team and manages various tasks such as customer inquiries, reporting, scheduling, project oversight, and compliance. Prior roles include Supervisor/Assistant Director of Security, where strategic leadership was provided to align workflow with goals, and positions at Associated Students and California State Student Association focused on legislative affairs and elections. Educational qualifications include a Master’s with Distinction in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from California State University, Northridge, along with a Professional Certificate in Teaching Adult Learners from UC San Diego.

Professional Security Consultants (PSC) was founded in 1985 by Moshe Alon, a former Israeli Secret Service Agent. PSC began as a consulting firm to Fortune 500 companies that dealt with the threats of terrorism worldwide. In the coming years, PSC expanded operation to Executive Protection, Event Planning and Management. In 1991, PSC secured a contract in the shopping center industry.
