Tommy Berden began their work experience in 1998 as a Professional Squash Player. Tommy then went on to become the CEO of SquashLife, a multi-media platform within the Dutch squash scene. Berden also served as the Commercial Director for SquashSite, the leading media outlet in the squash industry. In 2007, they became the CEO of NextSquash, a Dutch squash company, overseeing various initiatives including the successful junior school program and delivering world-class squash events. Berden then co-owned MeerSquash & Activity, a highly regarded squash club in the Netherlands, where they helped develop talented junior players. Lastly, they worked as the Chief Commercial Officer for the Professional Squash Association, responsible for managing the professional squash circuit and supporting key stakeholders.
