Suzanne Eckmaahs

Suzanne (Sue) EckMaahs is the President of EckMaahs & Associates Training & Consulting, LLC, with extensive experience as a motivational interviewing trainer, coach, and implementation consultant since April 2004. Sue also serves as an Associate Certified Trainer at Thera Rising International, providing expertise in workplace culture and civility, conflict resolution, and team building. Additionally, as a Health and Nutrition Coach with Profile by Sanford, Sue delivers evidence-based coaching to clients. Previously, Sue held roles such as Motivational Interviewing Initiatives Specialist at the Center for Employment Opportunities and Director of Quality/Internal Consultant for Implementation & Clinical Skill Development at Vital Decisions. From 2000 to 2004, Sue was a Community Corrections Supervisor in Washington County, Minnesota, and worked as a Community Programs Specialist in Ramsey County. Sue earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
