Hilary Weckstein

Hilary Weckstein is an experienced leader in the healthcare information technology industry. At Prognos, she holds responsibility for legal, risk management, and data privacy matters. Previously, Hilary served as Vice President over Legal, Compliance, and Privacy at Inovalon. In that role, she negotiated and drafted client, vendor and partnership agreements, served as Chief Privacy Officer, and advised the company on all matters related to compliance and risk management. Prior to her tenure at Inovalon, Hilary practiced corporate and healthcare law at two national law firms, advising all stages of companies from start-ups to publicly-traded entities.

Hilary earned her JD from the College of William & Mary and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University. She holds certifications in healthcare compliance (CHC®) and in data privacy (CIPP/US®).
