Nathaniel Hickcox has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nathaniel started their career at Amcor in 1997 as a Project Manager, where they gained experience in project management. Later, they joined John Beever Australia Pty Ltd as a General Manager, handling maintenance and construction projects across various industries. Nathaniel then moved to Downer, where they held multiple roles including EPC Alliance Manager, responsible for managing a $160m capital works program, and Engineering & Proposals Manager, where they developed strategic partnerships for technical projects. Afterward, Nathaniel worked at KAVA Services as a Director and Tenix as a Senior Project Manager, handling water infrastructure projects. Currently, they are with Programmed as the Head of Facilities (Vic & Tas) & Utilities, overseeing multiple contracts and leading a team of over 600 employees. Under their leadership, the business unit has achieved significant growth in revenue and EBIT, as well as improved employee engagement.
