Jack Zhang

Jack Zhang currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Locomotive Division and Senior Vice President of Corporate and Organization Strategy at Progress Rail, a subsidiary of Caterpillar, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jack Zhang held multiple positions at Wabtec Corporation, including Vice President of Product Management for Freight Services from December 2020 to January 2023. Jack Zhang's extensive experience at GE Transportation from July 2002 to December 2020 encompassed various leadership roles, notably Director of Product Management for Modernization, where responsibilities included leading modernization strategies and advancing product growth initiatives. Jack Zhang earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Technology from Montana State University-Northern between 1998 and 2002.
