Bob Brangan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and business operations. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy Analyst at Progress Residential® since January 2023, Bob previously held roles in acquisitions at Offerpad, a technology-driven real estate company, from November 2021 to November 2022. As the Managing Member of Iona Partners, LLC from July 2010 to September 2021, Bob was instrumental in growing revenue from $3 million to over $15 million, establishing the firm as a leading buyer of distressed residential real estate in the greater Phoenix area. Additional experience includes positions as Regional Sales Manager at Boral and Territory Sales Manager at Star Pipe Products, with a foundational role as a Design Engineer at Remington & Vernick Engineers. Bob holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University and Rutgers School of Engineering.
