Brandon Parise has a diverse work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Brandon currently serves as the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Progress Residential, where they focus on modernizing the rental industry through innovative rental policies and technology. Before joining Progress Residential, Parise was the EVP, Chief People Officer at EXOS, a leader in human performance, where they helped individuals improve their health and performance. Prior to that, they served as the SVP, CHRO at Campus Crest Communities, a developer and manager of student housing properties. Parise also held various HR leadership positions at Hostess Brands and The Pepsi Bottling Group, where they were responsible for strategic planning, organizational development, staffing, and leadership alignment. Brandon began their career at Florida Power & Light Company, where they gained extensive experience in labor relations. Overall, Parise has a strong background in HR and leadership, with a focus on driving organizational success through innovative strategies.
Brandon Parise holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they completed from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Allegheny College, which they completed from 1991 to 1995.
