Amy Bendall

Amy Bendall has extensive experience in various leadership roles at Progressive Insurance since 2004, currently serving as the Director of Legal Process, where responsibilities include building the Legal Operations organization, driving digital transformation, and leading strategic planning and process improvement initiatives. Previous positions include Director of Shared Services, focusing on learning and performance, and Sr. Manager of Learning, where Amy developed instructional design standards for Marketing University. Earlier roles at the Rochester Institute of Technology and companies like Vista Productions and ADCOM Communications contributed to a robust background in instructional design and multimedia development. Amy holds an MFA in Computer Graphics Design from Rochester Institute of Technology, a certificate in Strategy and Innovation from CWRU Weatherhead School of Management, and a BA in Studio Art from Arizona State University.
