Dustin Souers

Dustin Souers is an IT Systems Engineer Lead at Progressive Insurance since May 2007, specializing in Puppet implementation across Windows and Linux environments and managing Mainframe Development tools. Previous roles at Progressive include leadership in operations with a focus on Managed File Transfer and integration technologies such as API Gateway and BizTalk, alongside a strong background in MQ, z/OS, z/VM, and DB2. Prior experience includes consulting for the Ledgemont Local School District, where Dustin maintained servers and improved software inventory systems, as well as providing technical support at The University of Akron and a sales internship at Little Tikes that involved web application design. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management in Information Systems from The University of Akron and an Honors Diploma from Louisville High School.
