Jeff Smart

Jeff Smart is an experienced IT Manager currently at Progressive Insurance since June 2021, previously holding various roles at The Wendy's Company from April 2012 to March 2021, including Product Owner - HCM, Oracle EBS Manager, Senior IT Analyst, and IT Analyst.
