Jennifer Prout

Jennifer (Pratt) Prout is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the insurance and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Commercial Lines Operations at Progressive Insurance, Jennifer has also held positions as Director of National Sales and Director of Acquisition Experience. Prior to their time at Progressive, Jennifer worked at ERICO as Plant Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, and Lean Manufacturing Leader, Worldwide, and was a Lean Leader and Six Sigma Black Belt at General Electric. Jennifer holds an MBA in Consulting from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
