Julie Mayock

Julie Mayock is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Progressive Insurance since October 2024. Prior to this role, Julie served as Director of HIPAA and Vendor Contract Compliance & Corporate Counsel at Medical Mutual from June 2010 to October 2024, where significant expertise was developed in regulatory compliance, HIPAA privacy, employment law, and contracts, as well as the implementation of the Ohio High Risk Pool program. Previous experience includes serving as Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Janet R. Burnside at Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court and as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Michael Watson at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Julie began a legal career as a Summer Associate at Reminger & Reminger, focusing on legal research and drafting pleadings. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University, and additional studies at the University of Oxford and the Miami University John E. Dolibois European Center. Julie is also a member of the Cleveland Bridge Builders Class of 2017.
