Kenn Louis is an accomplished Lead Product Designer at Progressive Insurance, where involvement in the Level20 initiative focuses on developing innovative products beyond traditional Property & Casualty Insurance. As a Product Design Strategist, Kenn has also provided fractional leadership since 2014, specializing in transforming customer insights into strategic business outcomes. Previous roles include SVP Design Strategy Lead at KeyBank, recognized for leading a top-rated web and mobile app redesign, and Principal UX Designer at Good Technology. Kenn has extensive experience in user experience design, management, and education, including positions at BoxTone Inc., Within3, DigiKnow Inc., Cuyahoga Community College, and American Greetings. Currently pursuing an MBA in Product Management, Kenn holds a BA in Visual Design, Fine Art, and English from Ashland University.
