Ryan Werden

Ryan Werden is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in enterprise architecture, product delivery, and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Leader at Progressive Insurance since August 2015, Ryan has held various managerial positions overseeing critical incident management, datacenter compute, and accessibility. Prior to Progressive, Ryan spent nearly two decades at ERICO in roles such as Worldwide Infrastructure and Applications Operations Manager and North America IT Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing infrastructure strategy, global IT operations, and overseeing significant projects like cloud-based file share implementations and datacenter relocations. Ryan holds degrees in Business Administration from Cleveland State University and Management in Information Systems from Youngstown State University.
