Tricia Code is an accomplished Human Resource professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as Human Resource Manager and Lead Human Resource Consultant at Progressive Insurance since October 2007, Tricia partners with senior management on strategic issues and provides consultation throughout the employee lifecycle. Prior roles include serving as AVP, Training & Development, and HR Business Partner at KeyBank, where Tricia collaborated on training solutions and provided guidance on performance management and leadership development. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Manager position at Fluid Regulators Co., where Tricia played a key role in aligning HR programs with organizational goals. Tricia holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Miami University.
