Kelly Guth

Kelly Guth has over three decades of experience in physical therapy, currently serving as a Clinical Care Manager at ProgressiveHealth since 2007. Prior to this role, Kelly Guth practiced as a Physical Therapist at Deaconess Health System from 1991 to 2007. Kelly Guth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University, completing the program in 1991.
