Anthony J Brooks has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and management. Most recently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources at Progressive Property. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at Hochanda Ltd from 2015 to 2022. Anthony J also worked at RNIB as a Membership Manager from 2008 to 2015, where they successfully managed the creation and growth of a new membership team. In addition, they held the position of Team Manager - Lead Generation at Barclays from 2007 to 2008, where they were responsible for setting up a team and managing recruitment and target setting. Earlier in their career, Anthony was the Contact Centre Manager & Head of HR at Ideal Shopping Direct from 1999 to 2006, where they managed the company's HR function and oversaw the growth of a 200 headcount call center. Before that, they worked at Pearl Assurance as a Contact Centre Training & Development Manager, where they played a key role in growing the call center and providing training solutions.
